Ceotakh - The Unconquered city - bares its old scars with a mix of pride and unhealthy vigilance. About a hundred years ago, when Dhaemae Expansion began, this massive isolated rock, surrounded by turbulent currents, decided to hold their ground to the end. An mystical pact was unmade and a new one was forged, guaranteeing the supernatural advantage that repelled the saffron banners of the Hierarch. One of the biggest Cattlahnian ports, it still squints nervously hard when there's a junk rig on the horizon.
