They asked for a specific style made in Inkarnate, and I really liked their new brush system, it let me pull off some effects I usually do on hand-drawn maps in Photoshop.
I played WoW 2019-2021 and had a blast studying each biome to simplify them for this map. I honestly wish I could've worked on it even more. I had a lot of fun creating it!
