# Adventure Hook: The Shell-Shocked Armada

A rogue faction of coastal raiders has harnessed an ancient brood of colossal sea turtles, outfitting their shells with deadly siege engines and mobile dojos. Merchant fleets are being systematically pulverized without a trace, and the local port authorities are offering a massive bounty. When the party intercepts the armada on the open ocean, they must figure out how to board and disable the moving platforms before the war-turtles level the harbor town!
