A one-shot lair built around a single tense encounter: a threshold trial to get past the portal, a trap-laced arena to survive, and an undead alchemist who won't be interrupted without a fight. Comes with a full scenario booklet (traps, a boss statblock, GM notes) and VTT-ready exports with walls + lighting for Foundry, Roll20, and Universal VTT.
