Bottles clank and clatter their way down conveyor belts as they're filled with a mass-market medicinal tonic, capped, and packed into crates to make the journey to the nearest general stores. Of course, if the factory were infiltrated, a trusted name like Dr. Mirthbranch could be used to distribute all manner of poisons or curses all over the city, and beyond! Or perhaps the good doctor (*not guaranteed to actually hold a doctorate*) is using an unethical workforce that needs liberating.
