Yes I know rivers aren't supposed to "cut through" kingdoms... but I made that decision before I knew any better.
I found that as we go on adventures, the map becomes more fleshed out! Not being to rigid with the upfront concept has really helped my party! I have been working on an "world" map as well, but I haven't needed it, so I haven't been working on it
