Request for Map- is it possible to get a map that I can edit? Request for commission

There was one person in this subreddit that made this. I tried my best to message this person and sent several chats to see if I can compensate or commission this world map.
I just started an amazing campaign with my good friends and brothers. They had NEVER played before and did a simple goblin one shot.
They FUCKING LOVED it.
After the 3 hour one shot and a few sessions I realized they fleshed out their backstories and character intents.
And I intentionally left a few story breadcrumbs about saving a family from the castle and now…I need to create a map to a castle.
Anyways! I found this map online and I wanted to ask for the pdf or something I can fill up.
But this person did not respond sadly so I need someone who’s able to, to help me.
Would anybody be able to help create something similar ?
