please feel herewith informed that the Purtagatorium approved a new cleaning schedule for the Crypto section of the Imperial Reconnaissance Destroyer “Pandoras Curse” as you requested after the last purification incident:

**\*\*\* LShipTi 0400h:**
The entrance portal will be rubbed down with cleansing-oil two times a week while the antechamber is to be wet-wiped daily. Gun cabinets will be wiped weekly if not locked. Weapons of any kind will not be touched by Purgatorium personnel. The guard-bench will be polished once a month.

**\*\*\* LShipTi 0450h:**
Ethanol cleaning and re-oiling of the bulkhead will be done monthly in coordination with the Void Security teams’ maintenance requirements. Meanwhile, the assigned Purgatorium team will servitor-vacuum the floor of the main office and dust off the furniture. 

***\[Please note that according to your formal objection blinking, humming, buzzing, crooning, purring or (!) speaking items as well as flashing, twinkling, flickering, glimmering or shining ‘things’ will never be maintained, cleaned or even touched by members of the Purgatorium department!\]***

Your personal platform will only be cleaned in personal coordination with you or your Deputy Encryptor according to your preferred time schedule and after being announced at least two shifts ahead. Feel assured that from now on my Purgatorians are under no circumstances allowed to even step on the stairs of the command podium!

**\*\*\* LShipTi 0600h:**
The sanitation of the decryptication workshop is stipulated to be no longer the duty of the Purgatorium at all. Only the kitchen area and sink will be cleaned daily by a special trained and blindfolded Purgator while under strict supervision of the highest ranking Decryptor present. Under no circumstances is the Purgatorium allowed to come closer than one Imperial Metre to the airlock leading to the data vault.
