Lair of the Spiderbrood (Spider-Man Homage)

Hi All, I am a HUGE Spider-Man fan! In honor of the release of Spider-Man Brand New Day I threw together this fun map. I would love to run it with fog of war and see how long it takes for the players to realize what if is :-)

The loose concept is townspeople have been getting trapped in the woods in spiderwebs and carried away.

1. The players investigate and find the entry to the nest.
2. The townspeople are being held in webbing ala Aliens. Some can be freed but some have been transformed into "Man-Spiders" with 4 additional hairy legs.
3. The players find the two main kidnappers, a Giant Black Spider (Venom) and a Giant Red Spider (Carnage). If either gets attacked the other will rush in from the other room to their aid.
4. The Players find the nesting chamber with hatching eggs and townspeople being fed on by baby spiders.
5. They find the Broodmother. She is a giant, intelligent "Mommy Long Legs" (because they are so gross). She sits pulsing up and down on the throne she has found and refers to herself as Madame Web.
