Once upon a time, Bain was the leader of a gang that roved the wastelands in clunky vehicles of scrap and steam. When he was paralyzed, his brothers built a tank around him, and he continued leading the gang for another forty years. When his tank broke down in the corner of a dry box canyon in the middle of nowhere, his brothers built a bar around him to keep him company.
Today, **Bain's Crack (22x25, 100dpi)** is a festering hive of scum and villainy, but also a source of information, and the only watering hole for miles around. They say Bain's still there, kept alive by a prodigious amount of cobbled together machinery, dispensing (bad) advice to those who seek it.
