*"Strange rumors,"* the old bard says at the village inn, between one sour note and the next. *"No one's seen anyone come down from the Temple on the mountain in a long while. And no one who goes up returns."* He adds, quieter: *"Forbidden rituals, some say. Others say worse. There's no truth to find — not unless you climb up there and ask the dead yourself."*
**The Fallen Temple** is a shrine-fortress reachable only by a stone bridge over a river. The walls have been breached — outside, broken columns still burn among the wreckage of battle. Inside: a great hall where a ritual was interrupted mid-rite, a prison with barred cells, a ransacked armory, and more.
