My first Home-brewed DND region map, feedback?

Description

Okay so yes the proportions are way off compared to the actual size. The cities are much much farther apart than they look and definitely have significant travel time since it’s a whole region I just started too strong and thought it looked cooler this way. All the city names sounded better at first tried using old languages such as Icelandic. Estes is where my friends characters are headed and wanted to start flushing out my own world. Thanks!
