Sometimes maps just look a little empty. It's not a hilly area. Not many rivers. What can I do to make it more visually appealing or am I being too hard on myself. Bigger map is for context.
Big black spot in the NW is and undead field. Basically, a permanent area of shade and undeath. Anything dead in the field will reanimate. Greater undead often set up operations in a field. Even without high leadership, undead will often move with limited reason and purpose, moving out to raid and dragging once living things back into the field.
Let me know what you think of the map. Obviously, I'll try to answer any questions.
