3d Printing my 2m wide Campaign Map!

I am trying to recreate my DnD world map in Blender, each in 200x200mm tiles, and then plan to 3d print each tile, to then paint and decorate. The whole print will end up being about 2x1.2m big (10x6 tiles).
This is my first tile so far (the mountain range in the middle of the map).
I added a grid to my map, then turned each tile into a height map, which i then exported into Gaea, and then into Blender.
This is a big project for me, especially as a first time user for Blender. If anyone has any pro tips, or wants to follow my progress, all feedback and critiques are fully welcome! :)
