delphi mansion is not a heist after all. so to make a raid into a useful dungeon for a group of heist experts the dm has to add some uncertainty by removing info from the prep. i took out the obvious cult areas (since they shouldnt have been there until recently) and other renovations like secret doors. by request of the person who asked for this i left a lot blank so the dm can hand write annotations or corrections on, giving it even more character!
