Hi guys, debut post in this community with the first map I’ve ever made. I decided last week I’d finally embrace my nerdier side. I got started with dipping my toes into some worldbuilding, making up lore, then some sketches, and tried out inkarnate to bring it to life. Sorry if the resolutions bad, uploading through my phone as I’m not by my pc atm.
My approach is quite based in realism, as I am an engineering postgrad and all the whimsy has been sucked out of me lmao.
Basically there’s rivers, a road, and black political lines to divide regions. I’ve laid out some trees and coloured in the mountains and scattered some buildings around where I think make sense, but I really would love any and all input in making this region come to life!
