What’s wrong with my map?

Description

Every time I look at it I feel like I have to just settle for what it is. It feels like I’m missing something but also that I have way too much. I wanted to add another piece of land to Veshalan, or maybe swap its place with Calara and move the whole thing down some. I just don’t know what to do and am kind of stuck.
